help putting music into the mainmenu

i would like to know how to put music into the mainmenu if anybody has a tut or can help me that would be nice!thank you. 
what you do is download halo 2 sound tools from this site (can't remeber exactly where) and you open mainmenu.map up and go down to the main_menu_music ones and extract them to a folder (you will have to give them a name) then go to the folder and there will be 5 wma's there swicth them all for wma's of your choice but remeber that your file must be the same size or smaller than the original if you want it to work. now go back to halo2 sound tools and click on one of the main_menu_music ones do the in one first and inject the file of your choice. now wne you do the main_menu_music loop you need to inject all different chunks in but you should be able to figure it out if i (a 14 year old) can.
