what happened outside of outskirts o.O

ok you probably know the blind skull in outskirts. well i got that and exlpored the roofs of the building. then i saw a building that i wanted to get on, and when i zoomed in with my BR i saw a Jackal with a beam rifle on top of the building. right when u saw it, it sniped me and i died. it happened 3 times, in different spots outside outskirts. i suppose its a guardian or something. its kinda freaky tho

well idk what it is how did it get on the roof? its still freaky tho, just seeing this little alien on top of a roof quietly sniping me

The Blind Skull is on all difficulties.

Well, the Jackal snipers completely pwn on Legendary, so that's probably it.
As soon as you walk around a corner, if there's one of them over there, unless you know to move quickly and diagonally, you're most likely screwed.

Only the blind skull is on any difficulty and that jackal is supposed to be up there it is the ones in the courtyard or it is the ones that are under the roofs in the blown up building

and with them being super good shot.. there also every where the come out of the strangest places thell be on top of building and such
