What is this?

I cant figure out what this is... I'm on the level where you become the arbiter and In the first room where you fight I saw this on the ground... It is all one object and when you hit it it moves like how a weapon does...(kinda just like.. moves 5 inches to the side... and then 2 inches back) so could it be a weapon? hmm

yea... my internet was being goofy and wouldnt let me FTP to my website :S its fixed now though
Edit: well it IS a weapon...
haha it looks a lot cooler flipped upside down...

I searched and found nothing out of place.
But with thta pic you just posted, I think it's just a special skin for the fuel rod cannon. Post a pic of grunt firing it?

It doesnt seem like he wants to shoot it.... haha he was just runnin around with it... he got shot a bunch and dropped it and ran behind a box and started shaking.... haha *reverts to checkpoint*
EDIT: he walks funny while holding it.... like with a limp haha
EDIT2: found out what it is... and it isnt a FRG haha...
What I did find out... is that... its a turret! its the plasma turret before it has been placed
heh weird...
