Cheater/Matchmaking Modder list

Ok, I have gotten tired of this. Everytime I go in to matchmaking someone is always ontop of the map or flying around. I just want to get a list together of names of people that you have encountered that cheat/hack or whatever just so other people know to stay away from them.

Kinda Spooky Posting This On Halomods.com, (Where Prolly One Of This List Is Somewhere Here. But Anyway, Here My List, And Yes They All Do Some Type Of Illegal (Cheating Activity) If Your Names On This List It Has Been Sent To Microsoft. Sorry But You Shouldnt Mod On XBL!

Selppin Drah- Bridger
Poopy Pants09- Is constantly being boosted by modders, circle boosting, and standbyers.
After getting high levels, he delevels them and gets them again. Not only does he screw over people by deleveling, but he screw other people when he plays with cheaters as well. I'm starting to think he is addicted to cheating.
The sad thing is, is that I know both of these people in person. At some point I will post their pictures so you can laugh at them.

I NEVER CHEAT IN MM, but when they start it i'll do anything i can to make sure they don't win even if theyr on my team
here are allso some people that were in his party, i think that if they are in a party "level boosting" they are more guilty than the modder himselfe, whats the point of level boosting anyways? it doesnt make u good

He got my gamertag from the GT database on the files forum, and was trying to get me to come into his games (Containment) for raceway or something like that tonight. I assume he's registered here, but I dont know his username.
