is there a way to get foundation without completing everything? i wanted too mod it but my mod chip is on my other xbox(wich i dont play halo on)

Just finish it, it's not that hard.
Start to finish on Heroic. Can you do it on Normal? I forget.

You can do it on any difficulty.

its avaliable after you have the 1.1 update! also you dont need to beat the game just download it and will be there one your mp menu
