Ordering Replacment Halo CD

How do I get my Halo CD replaced after it cracked? I have my cd key and everything. But where do I order a replacement?

start up halo on autorun, and go to the website it offers. Then go to support, then e-mail microsoft. When the e-mail you back, call the number for support they give you.
