HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I tried to reinstall HaloCE after my bloodgulch mapfile got messed up because HaloCE wouldn't open and when I thought I was reinstalling it I actually uninstalled it. I deleted the install.exe program because I didn't have enough space on my hard drive so now I'm stuck without an install program for my favorite game. Could someone please find me a link or a site where there is an actual WORKING LINK, unlike the ones at cortana.org and the other numerous sites I have been too.
