Texture appearing white.

Hey, so I got done with a real quick map, just to try and make one, but the texture I put on the ground comes out as just white, I even tried using a texture bungie already made so I knew for sure I didn't have a compressed .tif or anything. I wasn't prompted to choose what shader I wanted to use when I used tool to structure. What did I do wrong, or what did I not do?

If you need more info, I'll be more than happy.

Your material name in max/gmax must be exactly the same as the shader name.
