Open edges galore

I got this error before, but that's when I didn't have a box around my map for the sky. So I fixed that, exported it, and it worked just fine with the exception of a few geometry errors on the actual map. So I fixed them (deleting ugly areas and creating new faces), and ever since that, it's been saying that every edge of my map is open, which it isn't..
What could have gone wrong?

Try welding your map by 0.001.

Your model must be triangulated and it must be an editable mesh if you are using bluestreak.

Thats a bit to much, select all vertices with back facing off, 0.01
Your not using cap modifier are you? That thing is a error maker.

Also, wire frame that so we can really see it.

I probably should have mentioned it in this topic, but I corrupted the .max file somehow, and I didn't have a backup, so I don't need help on this anymore.
Thanks for those who did help though.
