problem with HaloCE

i just d/l HaloCE and it wont even run or open up my curser will get the loading thing but then it will stop wtf is wrong with it?

SRY 4 THE MIX UP BUT IT WONT GET 2 WHERE(sry bout that caps) it installs it and i tryed red/linh it and it still did the same plz if any1 can help i cant wait anylonger 4 HaloCE!!!
