It seems to me some or more faces do not have a material applied to it.
Out of experience I can tell you that in 3DS it may "look" like it has a material applied to it, but that face's material ID would be a number that doesn't correspond to your material library.
For example, let's say we have 3 materials in our library, number1, 2 and 3. Now after applying this to your model, some of it's faces may have ID 4, it might look like the same material with ID 1.
Sorry if that's confusing but I'm in a hurry, Il'l elaborate more later if needed.

Thanks, I thought I wasn't going to get any help ( like so many other
of my questions ). But please, when you have time, further explain this
to me, this is the closest I have ever gotten to success.
Thanks,
Preston556
--I only have 1 texture on it, would this work out if I set all my model
faces to ID 1 and applyed? I really don't know how to change the
materials ID though, so might I ask for some help on that also
?
This model will be scenery, if that helps.
---It appears as though I applied the material wrong
I didn't use
the Multi-Subobject material, although I didn't think I had to for scenery.
Though Now for collision model ( had to make another do to laps ) I get
this error in JMS Exporter:( format "%\n%\n" geom_materials[m].name "<none>" to:jms
Thanks, and be prepared for more of these problems,

Selecting all the faces and applying the same material to it would work in theory yes. As for changing material ID's, it's in the right part of your 3DS screen somewhere. Somewhere in the editable mesh tools.

I personally haven't encountered this error yet, but it seems again that some face doesn't have any material applied to it. Or perhaps you didn't name that material. Something like that.
Thanks, and be prepared for more of these problems,
