my ar fp anims

well i made my first halo anim and it exported but b4 i compiled it backed up (or thought i did) it was 1 anim i was gunna replace the original ar anims idle with but when i went to grab the ar fp anims i had copyed and pasted onto desktop i found out it was not anims it was the gbx model is it legal for someone to send me the file or something? i need it so bad!
