how do i put chrs in (halo ce)?????????

how to do i put chr,biped,model what ever you want to call it. in halo ce?????????????????????????????? plz help
1. Wrong section post in Halo CE modding disscussion.
2. I dont understand what you mean do you want to take a model you made and make it into a halo CE character. or do you want to take a bunch of elites in put them standing around in your map. or do you want AI in a map.
