Halo CE Menu Problem

So I've been using CE for about a month now, and recently, I've tried loading it, and nothing happens. It shows the "Halo" splash page, then the menu loads and everything, just no graphics. Music plays, I can select things, but I just can't see anything. I've even guessed where options are and loaded a game, and everything worked, I heard myself firing and stuff, but the splash page was still up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, and I've even tried the Vista hotfix (I'm running Vista). I think that may be the problem, but it's worked before. Can anyone help?
