Has anyone went from moddin HALO PC to HALO CE?

if so u would of used HMT and how you can extract stuff from it.

well i want to extract things from my map as metadata like u do with HMT how do i do this?

also is it true that you can make your own things and export them into halo ce because if so i would like to know how to do this so i can export the whole Beam emitter tower (with the beam emitter) and put it in some other map... how do i do this

if u help it is greatly appreciated as moddin halo CE is much complicated den moddin halo PC

Just convert your map to PC using harbinger, then just extract the tags normally like you would with a regular HPC map.

Or you could just change the code in it to convert to pc (won't be playable) and copy metadeata for animations or something...

well i got HMC (Halo map converter) made by some guy (lol... i forgot who) and it converts it but i cant extract stuff from the map still cause it gives the exception error in HMT

and i seriously dont get these gmax models and all these other things when u extract it from HEK

it doesnt go into .xml and .meta forms like in HMT since that is easier for me to play with lol

ps: oh yer how do you make your own things?
because i want to get (or make) a tower exactly like the one in infinity and put it in one of the other multiplayer maps

I told you. Harbinger.
It converts it to a normal Halo PC map, then you can extract your tags and PMI them into your map. It's like HMC, but it works a lot better.
