HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I just installed haloce and when i start the program i get an error that says one of the files is missing or corrupted and then it says [shaders/vsh.bin] anyone know how to fix this?

All I can say is re-install it. Many people have had problems and solved them by re-installing.
