In the Customize options somewhere there's a "Reset to Default" thing. I don't recall the exact wording, but that's how I fixed mine.

sorry but
I can't......Never mind.....
for people with future problems like this
go to customize then custom ui and default switcher
then click Max in the first column and Default UI in
the second then click set!!!
Voila!!!
