HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have an issue thats the only reason I joined this forum the issue is with tool.exe I don't know how to run commands what folder and all the other junk and no the tuts didn't help me. If you reply I would be grateful.

Welcome to the forums! If you right click on a file, and go to properties, it will show you the file's full folder path. Also, your sig is 30 pixels too high, sorry.
