best place to download Halo CE and HEK

Well I had Halo CE but i reformatted my hard drive and decided now that I want to get it back. When I first downloaded it it took about 2 hours for CE and about 4 hours for HEK. Getting to the point, what website do you think is the best (fastest) to download them that is free? I know its gunna take a long time no matter what but i want a shorter wait.
