Deleting/Removing Tags from Map?

I have got a map with tags that I don't want in it. Is there
anyway possible to delete or remove these tags without
restarting the entire map?

Ok, heres a wild guess. Batch extract, delete tags you don't want, rebuild.
EDIT. Oops, I thought it was the pc section :p

Don't worry about it. I plan to convert this to the Xbox. But there
are tags that are not compatible with the Xbox, so after I convert it,
would I then be able to take your advice?

Half the fun in converting is editing everything to your liking. What types of tags are you trying to discard?

Vehicles and maybe some weapons...
Vehicles- literally everything that is not normal Halo.
Wepons- same as the vehicles.

I plan to test each tag for compatibility by injecting it into the backup map
and if the map loads, the tag is fine, and if not, I will delete it.

Please help me, and remember, it is already a map file.
