Missing piece of Scenario?

So, this is the problem that has been bugging me for a long time

See? The sky is all black, and according to warlord, there is a missing piece of scenario or something. Bearing in mind that I can't use CE, could anyone help me with this? This is for PC by the way, but I thought that people using CE might know more about scenarios that I do. :?
For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.
