REally Really need help....kinda a noobie question

I downloaded HaloCE and Casualty Gorge. I extracted it from WinRAR into my HaloCE maps galoder. I go to play it and it says unable to join the game server!
Please Help

first, see if it works when you create a game, second, are you sure you joined a game with the casualty gorge map
third, if none of the above helped, try d/ling casualty gorge again
i dont have a 4th step...

Ok. I played it on LAN and casualtygorge worked. I really have no clue what to do.
BTW Where can i get the final version of CG???
