It won't start

This is annoying... for some reason, even after using this game for the last few weeks without a problem, the game just won't run. I open it, and all I get is the opening graphic, and then the menu's music starts playing. I can select options, even play, but I don't actually see anything but the opening screen.

I've tried all I can think of; restarted computer, change resolution, reinstalled graphics driver, reinstalled CE, changed the -vidmode... but nothing works. It all came about after I tried to enable Antialiasing (Both normal and transparency) and Anisotropic filtering. The game didn't run, so I reverted the changes back. Now it won't run at all.

I'm using a Geforce 7600GT, Windows Vista Ultimate, and Forceware 163.75, as well as a 1.07 No-CD crack (Completely legit, this is so I can play with my friend's not-so-legit copy...). Help please?
