what is halo ce

i have been gone for along time and now a new thing comes out, halo ce waht is it, if any one can fill me in.
USe search to find it but i guess ill sumerize it for you.
It gives a little less lag
You can play modded maps
Theres no more campain
Use the HEK to make maps for haloce (Think you need 3dstudiomax 5 or something like that.)
