HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i am having weird problems with devmode
this worked before but now its not
im using alldev and for some reason alldev wont turn on, and if i minimize halo ce and click ON it still wont turn on
wat do i do

press page up ingame

i figured it out and that wasnt it
i was running halo ce as an administrator and that messed with it for some reason
