No What im saying is i tried to do something and i replaced it with halo PC map and deleted it

Halo CE maps are completely different than Halo PC maps. Either reinstall HCE, or find the map somewhere.

hek plus extract pc map and re compile.

download the derelict scenario, and put it into your tags folder under levels/test/carousel
copy cmd into your halo custom edition directory and open it. type 'tool build-cache-file levels\test\carousel\carousel
(not sure if it's slashes or backslashes)
try that out in game, it should be fixed
