Where to download halo ce

I can't find a place that u can download haloCE. I find places that i have to subcribe to a magizine or something like that. Is there any place to get the for free :)
Goto Halo.bungie.org, look at the yesterdays news, goto the Halo CE links, and there are two bittorent links there, one for both the HEK and CE.
Download Bittorrent if u don't have it.
