i need to know if anyone out there can give me the name or a link to a good program for decompiling(bach extracting) and rebuilding maps

To extract maps use Hek+ and to build maps use Tool or HMT.

You don't, you use the HEK+ to rip the tags from the map.

help ME!!!!
