Do you mean tool? or all of the tools in general?

Because you have to run it with the command prompt, like this:
First, open your command prompt
Next, type cd cd C:\program files\microsoft games\halo custom edition
Then type tool, and what ever command you want to use, if you just type tool, all the commands should appear on the screen.

ok i found it but it wont open tool can u give me an example of what i should type?
