HaloCE is out and HEK will come any day now and im happy, but is HaloCE and HEK two different editors or is HaloCE a patch or update for HEK

You can run haloce with out hek but you can't run Hek without halo ce.

Halo ce comes with the stuff we have been waiting for ie netcode improvments and fast shaders. It is not supported by either microsoft or bugnie, this way gearbox can get things out at a faster pace rather than it go thru months of testing. Also halo ce will let you just drop a new custom map in your map folder and be able to play it like that.
