Why is the HEK so Big?

Whats in the Halo Editing Kit that makes it such a large file. I'd love to work in CE but I don't have that kind of time to download that. Is there any other way to get everything?

It's not that big, but to answer your question, most of the file size comes from the abundance of tags.
