425 Cannot Open Data Connection

I've been trying to download the CMT SP maps from Halomaps.org, but I always end up getting a lovely, incredibly helpful error message saying "425 Cannot Open Data Connection". What the hell is this supposed to mean, and how do I fix it?

if you are useing internet explorer there is a huge error in the download programing that involves halomaps oyu need to use firefox because the latest version of ie are betas and dont download properly of halomaps they time out so try fire fox my other guess is you had bad conection (sorry about no puncutation im tired because ive been painting alot today)

I am using Firefox. The only time this happens is on halomaps.org. If I use my version of IE (I don't know which version it is) it works. So, my question is, wtf?

ya i know halomaps.org is realy screwed up but my guess is your firewall because default most firewalls let ie through and firefox is not the reguler thing to use for it and there settings are weird i suggest useing ie check your firewall (if any of that makes sense follow it im tired and when im tired im like a drunk kid)
