ok i've looked all over the place but there seems to be no tut on how to well create a custom fp animation anywhere and get it into a tag with gerilla. so can someone help?

i figured it out myself.... just download L33Ts FP IK Rig and make you animations with that.

edit: is there a way to use this in gmax? or can you animate for me?
