Okay, here it is, pleain and simple:
Sapien is really mean.
You see, whenever I try to put a tag into a WORKING .scenario, it says "There was an error loading one or more of your tags. Contact your nearest Bungie programmer for assistance."
I need to know how to fix Sapien to work with my files. My friend (Malolo420) tested my tags and they work, so it's not in the tags. It's in Sapien.
Please help!

That means one of the objects in the map you don't have the tags for.
Say there was a mongoose but you dont have the tag pelican.vehicle cause you deleted it by accident. Thats when you would get the error.

no, youre not understanding me..
no .scenario's work on Sapien. As for the tag thing, that isn't true; I sent the .scenario, the .bitmaps, and the .shaders, along with my AI tags (they were just modified grunts) to Malolo 420, and he tested them. They worked fine with his computer. But, when I try, i get the error i said in my first post. And, pertaining the clean install thing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Halo Custom Edtion and HEK at least 4 times each and removed the registry files, and nothing happened.

Try extracting the bipeds from a PC SP map, HEK doesn't come with other bipeds tags.

believe me, I have all the tags. I ripped them from b40 with HEK+, and I have all the tags from the level. I'm pretty sure its an issue with Sapien, but if its not, and I'm not taking what you said correctly, then tell me.

When you extracted did you choose your tags folder, have "use original folder names" and "recrusive" checked?
