Not sure if this is in the correct spot, but Could someone tell me a link where I could find a better devmode mod then Alldev? Or if thats the only one, then how do I install it? I've been trying for hours!

dude all you do is run halo ce minimize it and turn on alldev. its simple as that!
Sig may not be animated.
Lol you got me in like 3 minutes!
