HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

allright i have heard somewhat about halo ce and i figured i would download it. Well when did it worked fine but when i went to dowload the update it would download all of it then it wouldnt install the update. it would say windows has found a problem with _halopat.tmp and then it closes. anybody know what i can do to fix this problem?

reinstall and start as usual. and if it ask to update say yes and see if it works.
