Error - Everything is the same shader

the whole level is the same shader when in game but, in 3dsmax... it isnt.

did you run a proper radiosity in Sapien.

yes, i did. i made a little bit newer version of the map but it still had the same error... and since everything was the same shader, the sky was too. if you want to help me or something i can send you the .max file + textures
