CMT Single Player

ok so when i play CMT single player i get this <missing string> message instead of the button i am supposed to press then if i go to controls to set it up it says the same there. is this because i am using the CMT UI ? if so can anyone suggest another UI for CE that would allow me to play CMT campaign. if this is not the case is there a fix for this? i have'nt played CE in a long time and i was never too familiar with the controls so having this <missing string> error pop up every time it tells me to press a button is really confusing. thanks in advance for the help.

That just always pops up, you can just ignore it, I don't think there's a way to fix it.

Where do I get CMT campaign at?
