HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hey I got All Dev CE (2) and The Dev Trainer V2 both of them are from the same maker, Paulus. The Dev Trainer V2 works fine but the All Dev CE (2) doesn't do squat.
Did I do somthing wrong or do I have to set somthing up?

Do you guys know how to work it?

all dev works with console, i cant explain it cus im to lazy

so just do a google search on Halo Console
