3DS max question-BSP question

I was watching vid. tutorial when I ask myself, How these guys look around his bitmap without moving it?
Anyone know? I know how I can turn around without moving but moving around...?

Alt+middle mouse button then move mouse around, thats Answering your question. I think

There is a rotate tool in the lower right hand corner.
