And I know they guy didn't as all those people for their permission to sell those, someone should try to get that taken down.

As wrong as this seems.... in all reality HCE is a free download, and you need HPC to play it. He's selling the add on to the game. He says that you need Halo PC to play it in his discription.
Sure it's lame, but hell same thing happens with all sorts of games like this. I've seen Stepmania disks go on ebay. (Stepmania is a free open source DDR remake. For more information go to
www.stepmania.com ) They sell those disks online for a couple bucks. Sure he advertises it as "DDR WITH A BAJILLION SONGS" and all that, but it isn't really DDR.

When you run something through tool, it becomes Bungies property. Im pretty sure its illegal to sell it then.

exactly. it's illegal to sell anything made with the halo skd you can sell the raw model but that's it. but this is old news, report it to ebay and they'll find it and do something about it.

legal side of it: Bungie should be contacted.
practical side of it: if your dumb enough to buy freely available maps go ahead; nobody should stop you.
