umm im trying to show my friend all the stuff in zanzibar and i cant get so the spot were teh paint can is and it would b 10x easyer if i could the dev trainer so i got it and now i remember i never knew how to work the ce one and i cant find a tuteral for it can anyone help me?? ty

All you have to do is get a gravity gun and shoot your way up.

Use the sword jump (look up, jump, and click the fire button at the same time) to get on top of the wall where the gravity gun is. Then blast your way to the top of the windmill with it.
