Innovation :(

I see none anymore. I do not even see a proper set of placed information that will unconfuse people.
Lately, I have not released, or done anything, because people hardly care.
Someone changes a texture or a number in a tag and everyone goes crazy. On the other hand, someone works hours till no end tagging up something amazing by hand, and working nights to develop something cool, yet, only things that happen are godly praises, beta-testing requests, and other stuff.
I never see any true modifications anymore, besides very little. Everything now is just a small change off something else. Where is the innovation?
I don't mean posting threads about project recruitments and listed ideas. I mean making a name for yourself, and creating something amazing and unique. Where is that?
I am also getting sick of the mixups between Halo PC editing and Halo CE editing. I see posts ALL THE TIME on how to use HMT or Sparkedit on CE maps.
To clear that up, HMT and Sparkedit were created by Monoxide and Grenadiac in order to edit Halo because we had no other simpler way. There was plain hex, but that was a burdon. These tools have simplified modding Halo PC/Halo 1 Xbox maps (and new programs for Halo 2 maps)
Later on, Bungie allowed Gearbox to release the official Halo Editing Kit, which comes as an addon to Halo Custom Edition, that allows you to add custom maps to your maps folder and play them. These maps, they aren't meant to be edited like that, Halo CE has a checksum that disables you from joining other changed maps that differ in even one hex code. Many CE maps are protected, many are not. Unprotected ones can be open-sourced and played around with, with HEKPlus (it can decompile maps into tag formats for editing with HEK, not meta or xml, actual data like .bitmap).
This is what mainly confuses people. If toying with a CE map, never EVER, EVER mix up Halo PC editing tools with them. Pretend they aren't even there. Too much confusion. When editing PC, it can go either way (my own opinion is to keep HEK's content in custom maps, but please don't take that personally I am just saying). But PLEASE don't mix up the editing tools.
You don't Perfect Model Inject (PMI) into CE maps. You just add a model by decompiling it, and recompiling it, there is no injection anymore.
Back to innovation. I doubt many will care, but if people began to work on a project first, then post information/pics, it's more helpful for people to join up or improve upon. Projects are much less interesting when all you have is a list of stuff you want to do. Start creative, try something, see where you get, and post information about it!
All in all, I seriously do not want anyone to take this personally. I have been flamed many times. Some people regard me as an ass. I'm ignored. I don't care.
Also, don't flame in this. It's my personal message to people. Not a forced action.
Innovate, Create, Manipulate, Take a break.
