I do mods for abut 1 year or more and i made many mods for [$$]x-man server and now for (RO) clan. Some of the mods i cant use on a pc map only on CE map. How i can convert the maps made with sparkedit,HMT.HHT for Halo PC to Halo CE.
I find a tool named HMVC (HALO MAP VERSION CONVERTOR) and i used it but after i converted the map to CE map and i place it in CE maps folder , after i run the game ,when it loading the map it is blocking the game and i need to do restart. Soo what i do? thanks

Scrap, you must get permission from the map maker before you do so. The person that made the map owns it and it is protected by copyright law.

All I can say is read up. Learn how to use the HEK. For the sake of simplicity, converting maps with any Halo PC modding tool is impossible. Build your map/mod from the ground up.
And if it's something simple like a skin swap or projectile swap, those kinds of mods are looked down upon by the CE community.

converting halo pc maps to halo ce maps isnt impossible just said it is so people wont use hmt to mod, anyways he is right, if you do make a mod you wouldnt be able to give it a different name, so itd stay the same as what the map is previously called.
