Underworld: Evolution - Mod Idea

Okay, lately I have been playing the online multiplayer game, "Underworld: Evolution" in excitement of the soon to be released sequal to the Vampire VS Lycan (Werewolf) movie, Underworld.

In playing this game, I wondered what it would be like to play it using the Halo engine. Now, I have been out of modding for a little while so I'm a bit rusty but I have a few questions on how this could be done;

1. Player Models
I know that (well, at least, this is how it was since the last time I asked about this) with the HaloPC engine, you cannot make a game level that has mutlitple usable Player Models. But I thought of it this way:

In the game from Underworld: Evolution's website, the Vampires are represented as (you could say) the Red Team and the Lycans (werewolves) are the Blue Team. Now everyone in the game can have the same player model to start (not the Spartan model of course, but lets just say a person with a trench coat and gun holders and stuff as an example of a universal model).

To make the game truelly one player model vs another (vampires and lycans) you would need to have powerups that would change your model so something new. My first question is: Is there a way to make powerups (like the Overshield) actually change your model when you pick it up.

Now, we would also have to restrict some things because we don't want the blue team picking up a red powerup and turning into a Vampire model so my second question is: Is there a way to either make a powerup act differently to different teams, or, make it so only the red team can pick up a Vampire powerup and only the blue team can pick up a Lycan powerup?

2. Level(s)
In the game at the website previously mentioned, there are three main levels; City, Forest, and Ruins. My idea was that we can make either these three seperate or make it one large level that incorrperates all three settings. Reasons for wanting these specific themed levels is because I want this Underworld Mod to follow the already made game at the Underworld: Evolution website. So this isn't much of a problem, its just ideas for discussion.

3. Weapons/Attacks
Each species (Vampire and Lycan) have a different set of attacks that each can do. But, (for those who have seen the movie you would know that) each species uses guns as well. The weapons in the game would be:

Duel Pistols
More modern style SMG
Shotgun
Mid Evil looking Sword
Maybe a crossbow, haven't decided (is used in the game for some odd reason)

But, here is the tricky part. If we can make the above Player Model problem work, we would need to make it so that once a Transformation powerup is picked up, a player can no longer use weapons but will have a crazy assortment of attacks such as:

Simple striking melees
Biting
Flying attacks (seeing as the Vamps will have wings and the Lycans can really jump!)
(Lycans only)Howling that affects a certain area around the attacker
(Vamps only)Draining (will drain life from an enemy and into themselves)
...and so on.........

Are any of the previously mentioned weapon/attack ideas possible?

4. Modeling
Depending on if this project is possible, I am going to need a really skilled model maker who can make any of the following:

City Level
Ruin Level (kinda like a graveyard)
Forest Level
All of the above levels as one level
Duel Pistols
MidEvil Sword
Crossbow
Modern Sub Machine Gun
Modern Shotgun
Lycan Model
Vampire Model

PICTURES:
I know pictures are most likely needed to give some of you a visual of we're looking at so here are a few.

Underworld: Evolution HomePage, go to the gallary and look at some of the pictures
A kinda crappy Lycan model I found

I can't seem to find a picture of the Vampire model I am thinking of but heres a description: Kind of bat like, has bat wings and what not. Body is mostly gray and black. Eyes black, still has a human shape (except for the wings). Maybe some sort of armor and mid evil clothing. You get the picture.

Thanks for reading! Any answers to my questions or any questions of your own are always welcome!

i hate people who make ideas like this, especially those who expect other people to make them... if u find ur ideas good, MAKE THEM YOURSELF if i have an idea, i jot it down somewhere. i open maya and start modeling it. a message to all the n00bs here on halomods STOP MAKING FUCKING THREADS ALL ABOUT 'IDEAS' GO AND MAKE THEM REAL i may have a low post count, u may think im a n00b, however, this is a new account, my other one got disabled due to inactivity. these forums make me sick, im outta here

I was asking if it was possible first. I have been out of modding for some time and am unfamiliar with any changes or breakthroughs that may have occurred. Sorry if it seems I am trying to have the work done for me but that is not the case. I am simply asking if it is possible.

The thing is that most of the mapping teams like this one don't last long at all. Reaper was just trying to convey that it is very urksome to see so many 'teams' pop up and never get any work done(or very little). It is wise, before posting one of these topics, to have some modeling done yourself, then ask for help. This will convey to everyone that you are willing to spend the time to make this project work out, and it will make people feel that this is not a waste of their time, but a worthwile project and make them more likely to help you.

Thank you for the polite and understanding advice. I understand completely. Sorry for being a burdon.

It is no problem, you don't need to apologize. I am not trying to turn you off from working on this, quite the contrary; I love to see new people have an interest in modeling. I am not sure how fluent you are with modeling, so here are a few pointers if you are new at it:
I suggest you do a few tutorials to get the hang of modeling. Once you have completed a few basic models, you should get the hang of it. I would work on your weapons first, because they would be the easiest to model. Then you should work on the bsp, saving the bipeds for last because modeling them would be the hardest for a new modeler.
