nope, unless you get someone to make one for you, but all you need is gmax or soemthing...(i know they took out gmax but soemone could send it to you right?)

No. That's 3ds Max. Gmax is just a free cut-down version of 3ds max. Google it.

3ds Max is the expensive one. Gmax is the free one. But this is pretty much common sense. If a map needs to be modeled, you can't make one without using software that can model. So I'm sorry, but

lol sorry, I just couldn't resist.

I wish I could model, because I'm the kind of nice guy that would make you a map for free, but I don't know how to.

Gmax you can't get anymore cause you need an activation key.

you could load one of halos senario files. so technically you could. its just wouldnt be custom.

Unless your screwing copyright laws and getting it via peer-to-peer, wait.. ive said enough...
Im working on something that will ease the pain of map making.

Oh, and 3ds max 7 (when it was the new kid on the block) was $3999. not $500 (except maybe for the student version...)
