how do i add maps to halo ce and how do i play the halo 2 edition of ce

There is no Halo2 edition of HaloCE. It's just a name.

It refers to the teams maps. You just place the halo2 maps (that the team, or others, created) into your HaloCE maps folder. Then you can play them.

When you download maps, you have to extract them from their .rar or .zip format. Then you need to place them in your HaloCE maps folder. That is located in your HaloCE root directory.

C:\program files\microsoft games\halo custom edition

Assuming that your drive is 'C'

how do you extract .rar files i though u can only extract .zip files

download the first one on the list. It is a trial, but when it runs out, you can still use it.
