Fraps

I was asking around about a free video recorder for the PC and everywhere i went said "Get fraps its free and easy to use" So i downloaded fraps so I could make some cool vids on my friends new map but when I open it up it says "not registered" so I clicked the link to register and I have to pay to register. Anyway to get past the paying part?

yes you can get a crack or whatever, but just GameCam. It's easy to use and it compresses it automatically, so you have sharp-looking small-sized vids. It seems difficult to some, but you just have to setup a profile for halo and run it from gamecam. then press r to record, and r to stop again.
