Can't join or make LAN game

anyone have any idea why i cant join a game or even make a LAN game?

i dont have a firewall, and i do just fine in normal halo PC. i can get a server list in CE.. JUST CANT JOIN OR MAKE :x :x :evil:

I get same problem. Most likely someone has stole your cd-key and is using it online at the time. So it wont let you host, join, ect...

I would contact Microsoft

thats not it, cause Halo works fine, its just CE thats not working.
