hey dude i dont want to start any trouble. i just asked for a link because i never manage to find anything usefull when i use something like google or yahoo. every time i find something that looks like it will have it, the **** thing wont load it. that is y i asked for a link. otherwise, i could spend hours looking for the **** thing

Use the Search function on THIS site. It's up top. Might want to look in the HaloPC modding and HMT sections of the forum for stickies. The files forums will have it under Utilities. files.halomods.com is the files forums, btw.
HMT is for HaloPC a (sorta) older version of Halo for the PC. A lot of modders and mappers switched to Halo CE, which is a little more open ended, but much harder to do. You can't edit maps (technically), only make completely new ones. Which is fairly hard to do at first.
This is the CE forums, so a topic on HMT doesn't belong here at all. Unless you want it for editing CE maps (which is fairly limited currently).
